Sample Dubai E-Visa
How tracking works

Your Dubai visa moves through 4 verified stages.

Every application travels the same path — but most agencies hide where yours actually is. Our tracker shows every checkpoint with a real timestamp, so you can confirm flights, hotels and meetings without refresh anxiety.

Stage 1

1. Application submitted

The moment you finish checkout, your form, photo and passport scan land in our queue. You receive a TVO reference by email — that is the key to every later stage.

Stage 2

2. TVO document review

A trained reviewer opens every file by hand within four working hours. Blurry passport scans, wrong photo background, expired ID — caught here, not at the embassy.

Stage 3

3. UAE embassy / GDRFA review

Cleared files are submitted directly to the UAE federal portal under our agency licence. From this stage the timeline belongs to the government — typically 24 to 72 hours.

Stage 4

4. Final decision & e-visa delivery

Approved, rejected or held for clarification — the result reaches your inbox the same minute it reaches our screen. Approved e-visas arrive as a print-ready PDF.

Status meanings

What each visa status update actually means.

Visa portals love jargon. Here is every status you will see on your tracker, written in the same plain words our agents use when they speak to immigration officers.

Queued

Submitted

Your application is in our queue. Document review has not started yet — most files reach the next stage within four hours during UAE business hours.

In progress

Under review

A TVO agent is checking your scans against UAE biometric specs. If anything fails, you receive a re-upload request before submission — rejection at this stage costs you nothing.

Government

Embassy review

Your file is now with the UAE federal portal. Our team can no longer edit it. Most decisions arrive within 24 to 72 hours; Express files often clear in four to six.

Decision

Approved

The UAE has issued your e-visa. The PDF is on its way to your registered email and is also downloadable from this tracker. Carry one colour copy and one black-and-white spare for the airport.

Action needed

On hold

The embassy has asked for clarification — usually a clearer photo, a proof-of-stay document or a return ticket. Reply through the tracker within 48 hours to keep your slot.

Decision

Rejected

The UAE has declined the application. Our team reviews every rejection within 24 hours and, where the cause is fixable, we re-prepare and re-submit at our cost — once.

Why travellers trust this tracker

Built on direct UAE government data — not best guesses.

Most agency tracking pages just show whatever was true the last time someone hit refresh on their CRM. Ours pulls from the same federal portal that prints your e-visa.

Live data

Real-time embassy sync

Each lookup queries our integration with the UAE GDRFA portal. If the embassy moved your file 30 seconds ago, this tracker already knows.

Security

Bank-grade reference lookup

Your TVO reference is a 16-character secure ID, not a sequential number. Nobody can guess another applicant’s tracker URL — lookups are encrypted end to end.

Support

Human escalation in 30 minutes

If your status sits longer than the published SLA, the duty agent picks it up automatically. You do not need to email us — we are already chasing the embassy.

Alerts

Email and SMS at every stage

Every status change fires a notification — submission confirmed, document approved, embassy filing, decision ready. Mute the noisy ones; keep the ones you care about.
