Sky Views Dubai occupies levels 52 and 53 of the twin Address Sky View towers in Downtown Dubai, directly facing Burj Khalifa. The complex combines an observation deck, a 46-metre glass-floored sky bridge connecting the two towers, a 25-metre glass-floor cantilever, and the Sky Glass Slide - a transparent tube that drops you from level 53 to level 52. Its headline attraction is the Sky Views Edge Walk, described as the region's first hands-free, full-circle ledge walk: harnessed to a safety rail, guests walk around the exterior perimeter of the 53rd-floor pod at 219.5-220 metres with no barrier between them and the city below. The Edge Walk includes the observatory and one glass slide ride.

• Edge Walk weight must be 30-120 kg and height 130/135-200 cm.
• Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for the Edge Walk; loose items must be stored.
• The Edge Walk is not permitted for pregnant guests or anyone with a relevant medical condition.
• Outdoor elements are suspended in high wind, rain or lightning; rebooking is then offered.
• Edge Walk cancellation is permitted up to 72 hours before the visit on most channels.
• Arrive 20-30 minutes early for security, briefing and harness fitting.
