AYA Universe is an immersive digital experience at Wafi City where visitors explore 12 themed worlds combining light, sound, projections and interactive technology. Experiences include The River, The Source, Harmonia, The Pool, Tides, Flora, The Falls, Celestia, Luna, Outland, Aurora and Drift.

Last entry is 1 hour before closing.

The experience uses flashing lights, loud sounds and dark spaces; it may not be suitable for visitors sensitive to these effects.
Children must be supervised by an adult.
Children under 3 can obtain a free entry ticket at Customer Service.
People of Determination receive free admission; one caregiver can also receive a complimentary ticket with required documentation.
Socks are required for the ball-pit experience, which is restricted to visitors at least 1 metre tall.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically allowed by staff.
Tickets are generally non-refundable.
How to reach
Metro: Green Line → Dubai Healthcare City Metro Station, approximately a 6-minute walk to Wafi City.
Car: Park at Carrefour Parking at Wafi City or use WAFI valet parking.
Taxi: Direct to Wafi City, then follow signs to AYA Universe on Level 1.
