Overview
At The Top occupies Levels 124 and 125 of Burj Khalifa, 452 m above Downtown Dubai, while At The Top SKY adds the premium Level 148 lounge at 555 m, one of the world's highest observation decks. Visitors ascend by high-speed double-deck elevator to outdoor terraces and glass-walled galleries with views over Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and the desert. Level 125 features the copper-and-wood 'Dubai Skylines' installation, and Level 148 includes a dedicated lounge with refreshments. The experience is operated by Emaar from The Dubai Mall's Lower Ground level.
