Mushrif National Park is one of Dubai's major outdoor destinations, known for its extensive Ghaf-tree forest and wide range of recreational facilities. Visitors can enjoy green spaces, walking and hiking trails, mountain biking, children's areas, sports facilities, picnics and barbecue areas. The park also features the Mushrif Hub, with cafés, restaurants, changing rooms and showers, while its mountain network includes a 9.7 km hiking trail and a 50 km mountain-bike network.

Know before you go

The hiking trail is approximately 9.7 km and is free to use, although normal park/gate access may apply. Children up to 2 years are listed as free for general park entry. Hiking visitors should carry sufficient drinking water and wear suitable footwear/clothing. Trail and activity operating hours can differ from general park hours. Mountain-bike facilities include beginner, intermediate and advanced routes. A new bridge opened in August 2026, connecting sections of the mountain-bike route and providing separate lanes for cyclists and hikers. Swimming, adventure activities and other paid facilities are separate. Mushrif Hub has cafés/restaurants, changing rooms and showers.

How to reach

Metro: Take the Red Line to Centrepoint Metro Station, then continue by taxi. Taxi: Directly to Mushrif National Park. Car: Access the park from the Al Khawaneej Street (D89) area. Bus: RTA bus services operate in the Mushrif/Al Khawaneej area; route availability depends on the starting point.

Frequently asked questions

Is hiking free?

Dubai Municipality states that the 9.7 km hiking trail is free to use. Normal park/gate access may still apply.

Does Mushrif Park have mountain biking?

Yes. The current mountain-bike network totals approximately 50 km, with green, blue and red routes for different skill levels.

Can I have a picnic or barbecue?

Yes, designated picnic and barbecue facilities are available.

Is there food inside the park?

Yes. Mushrif Hub includes café and restaurant facilities.
