Overview
The Green Planet Dubai is an indoor tropical rainforest biodome at City Walk, featuring multiple rainforest layers including the Flooded Rainforest, Forest Floor, Mid-story and Canopy. It is home to more than 3,000 plants and animals, including birds, mammals, reptiles, insects and aquatic species. Visitors can explore the rainforest and book additional animal encounters such as sloth, bird and reptile experiences. Educational guidance is also available from trained staff.

The rainforest is maintained as a warm, humid tropical environment.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Do not touch, feed or disturb the animals; follow staff instructions.
Flash photography is not permitted.
Animal encounters are separate experiences and require additional booking.
Zookeeper for a Day is a separate experience.
Rainforest Camping is a separate overnight experience, currently offered on Fridays and Saturdays.

Metro: Take the Dubai Metro Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station, then take a taxi to City Walk.
Bus: RTA buses serve the City Walk area; the exact route depends on your starting point.
Taxi: Direct taxi to The Green Planet, City Walk, Al Wasl — the most convenient option.
Car: Drive to City Walk via Al Wasl Road or Sheikh Zayed Road and follow signs for City Walk.

What age is considered a child?
Children aged 2–10 years are charged the child rate. Guests aged 11 and above are charged the adult rate. Proof of age may be requested.
Are infants allowed to enter The Green Planet?
Yes. Infants under 2 years enter free, and proof of age may be required at entry.
Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?
Yes. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult according to the current ticket terms.
Can I bring food or drinks inside?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside The Green Planet.
How long is my ticket valid?
