The View at The Palm

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above. Visitors should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled entry time. Children aged 3–12 years require a child ticket; children under 3 enter free. Outside food, beverages and alcohol are not permitted inside the venue. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. All visitors must follow the venue's safety instructions and staff directions. Management may refuse entry or remove guests if venue rules are not followed. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket. Strollers and shopping bags are not permitted inside the experience and should be stored in the available lockers. The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings. Operating hours may be changed by management, so visitors should check the official website before visiting.

By Palm Monorail: Take the Palm Monorail to Palm Jumeirah Mall Station. By Car: Drive to Palm Jumeirah Mall; ample parking is available at the mall. By Metro: Take the Dubai Metro to Al Khail Station, then continue by taxi or tram. By Taxi: Public and private taxis can drop passengers at Palm Jumeirah Mall.
