Yes, we do! However, the time within which changes can be made varies depending on the activity you’ve booked. Changes can only be made up until a certain time before the activity.

It depends on the provider, but there’s a good chance you'll receive a discount when booking a group activity, as group discounts are commonly offered. We always strive to secure the best deal for you, and most of the time, we succeed!

To cancel your booking, simply go to (INSERT LOCATION OF CANCELLATION TAB). There, you’ll find your active bookings and can select the one you want to cancel. No questions asked! We’ll miss having you on the activity, but we hope to see you next time!

We’re truly sorry to hear that the activity didn’t meet your expectations. However, please note that we don’t provide refunds once the activity has been completed. You can book an activity as soon as it’s listed on our website. We recommend booking as early as possible, though, since spots fill up quickly once they become available!
